Jebra C.

Owner

Jebra’s journey with Merry Maids began all the way back in June 1997. What started as a temporary job at 19 years old turned into a lifelong career fueled by a strong company culture and a passion for helping others. Over the years, she’s worn many hats – from Teammate to Trainer, Quality Assurance Manager to Branch Manager, then stepping into leadership as Operations Manager, Co-owner, and now proud Owner of the franchise.

When asked what’s kept her here for nearly 28 years, her answer is simple: the culture. It’s what turned a temporary job into a career she loves.

Outside of work, Jebra runs a full-blown hobby farm! She cares for an impressive crew of animals: 2 indoor cats, 3 barn cats, 4 dogs, 4 goats, 39 chickens, 1 rooster, 3 turkeys, 3 ducks, and 2 cows! With that much responsibility, she jokes there’s just no room for any other hobbies.

Andrea B.

Operations Manager

Andrea joined the Merry Maids team back in July 2010, and over the years, her dedication, calm presence, and passion for helping others have made her an invaluable part of our crew. She currently serves as our Operations Manager, making sure everything runs smoothly day in and day out.

Andrea loves being part of Merry Maids because she enjoys being helpful and making a positive impact in the community. Her heart for service truly shines through in everything she does!

When she’s not at work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her many pets – caring for them is one of her favorite things to do.

Buddy

CMO- Chief Morale Officer

Buddy joined the Merry Maids® family with one mission: to bring smiles, boost spirits, and remind us all to slow down and enjoy simple things. Whether he's greeting the team in the morning, supervising lunch breaks, or offering encouragement with a tail wag, Buddy plays a big part in keeping our office energy positive and uplifting.

Known for his gentle nature, loyal companionship, and A+ snuggle skills, Buddy has quickly become a favorite among our staff and even a few customers who've had the pleasure of meeting him. He takes his role seriously... never missing a chance to motivate the team, brighten someone's day, or model the importance of taking a quick break.

When he is not boosting morale, Buddy enjoys treats, naps in sunny spots, and riding along for the occasional errand. He reminds us daily that kindness, comfort, and a good company matter just as much as a clean home.

Jennifer H.

Quality Assurance Manager

Jennifer first joined Merry Maids in 2014 as a cleaning teammate, where her strong work ethic and natural leadership quickly earned her a promotion to Team Trainer. After spending some time living out of state, we were thrilled to welcome her back, picking up right where she left off and soon advancing into her current role as Quality Assurance Manager.

Jennifer takes this role to heart. She is deeply committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting our teammates so they can succeed. Her passion, attention to detail, and genuine care for people make her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys photography, spending time in nature, and relaxing with her family, her biggest priority. Whether gathered around a fire or simply enjoying each other's company, that quality time means everything to her.
