Merry Maids® of Charlotte has been locally owned and operated by the Litzelman family since May 5, 1995. For 30 years, we have provided our clients with outstanding customer service and sparkling clean homes. We take great pride in our family-like culture. We are a proud women-owned business with second generation owner Jenny, and a women-managed office with franchise manager Karolina, quality control supervisor Maira, and laundry attendant Esperanza. The Chief Barketing Officer position is held by Shay, Jenny’s Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Shay has been an office staple since he was three months old, and he takes his job of greeting clients and staff very seriously. Please come say hello to Shay anytime!

Our goal is to provide our clients with “one less thing to worry about™.” You have better things to do with your time than clean your home or office. We proudly clean all residential spaces and small commercial spaces (less than 5,000 square feet) such as veterinary offices, warehouses, and small businesses. Whether it is a clinic or a condo, we've got you covered! We do not believe in contracts and offer a variety of service options.
