Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager of Merry Maids of Hall and Forsyth Counties, Josh brings not only leadership but loyalty to his role—and also a lifetime of hands-on experience. As a second generation, Josh grew up immersed in the Merry Maids family, folding towels and cleaning equipment at eight years old and learning the value of hard work from an early age.

With a degree from UNG Dahlonega under his belt, Josh runs the day-to-day operations and combines a deep understanding of the business with a modern approach to team development and customer service. When he’s not at work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his new wife and their dogs. He is a walking encyclopedia of Georgia sports - always ready to talk stats and share game-day insights. Josh also loves being outdoors, either on Lake Lanier or hiking in the beautiful North Georgia mountains that surround our community.

Sherena

Office Support Manager

Sherena joined our team in 2016 and has been the energetic heart of our office operations. As Office Manager, she’s the friendly voice on the phone and the go-to for handling everything from scheduling changes to special requests. She truly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Sherena is a proud mom of five, including three little ones under the age of six who keep her on her toes. When she has downtime, she enjoys indulging her husband’s love for Harley rides and her love for a different type of cruising - on a cruise ship!

Nicole

Service Consultant

When Nicole isn’t at a concert or finding some good food, you’ll probably find her hanging out with friends, family, or her cat, Diamond. She finds joy in connecting with others and loves taking cleaning off people’s to-do lists so they can spend more time doing what they love.

As a Service Consultant, Nicole helps customers find great cleaning solutions and plans, sets up appointments, and always enjoys a friendly chat about how Merry Maids® can help make life a little easier.
