Bob and Pat Mascari raised their family in Rockville, where family, faith and hard work shaped their daily lives. Their home was filled with the values they lived and taught: trust, dignity, compassion, and respect for everyone they encountered. These principles became the foundation not only of their family life, but also their family business, Merry Maids.
Drawn to Merry Maids’ culture of caring for both employees and customers, the Mascari family invested fully in building a culture rooted in respect and service. The Mascari family has built a workplace that offers flexible schedules, a safe and respectful environment, open communication, competitive benefits, and recognition of hard work. We support two organizations that provide support services for patients battling cancer, Cleaning for a Reason and The Red Devils.
We participate in the Greg Gannon Canned Food Drive through St. Patrick Catholic Church. The GGCF collects canned food for individuals and families in need and local food pantries.
We participate and support the Haiti Yard Sale through St. Patrick Catholic Church, which raises funds for Life Connection Mission in Montrouis, Haiti. 100% of the proceeds from the Haiti Yard Sale go towards feeding, clothing, educating, and providing health care to children, teenagers, and families in the Montrouis community.
