Merry Maids was founded in 1979 and set up home in Mequon in 1988. Julie Willis started working for Merry Maids as the branch manager in 2008 and has never looked back. Her love for the business, employees, customers, and surrounding area helped her and her husband, Kris, turn the branch into a family-owned and operated franchise in 2015. Julie grew up in Mequon and was glad to move back home in 2016 with Kris and their 4 children.

We treat everyone like family. It’s those family values of respect, honesty, and integrity that we try to instill in all employees. All employees are cleared through a national background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen. Merry Maids provides a hands-on training program to ensure all employees are certified cleaning professionals. Your home will be treated like our home. Your furry friends are our furry friends. We love our surrounding area and do what we can to support our community. For more than 15 years and with the support of our amazing customers, we have held a donation drive every February for the American Heart Association and a Toys for Tots drive every November for the kids in the community. We have spent the last 10 years offering free cleaning services to those going through Cancer, with the help of Cleaning For A Reason. In 2024, we started working with Capuchin Community Services to provide food boxes that contain all the fixings for a festive holiday meal in December. This was so much fun that we are continuing to work with them again this year!
