Joselyn has been part of our Merry Maids family since February 2024. She is our Office Administrator. Joselyn is eager to learn all things Merry Maids. She has developed a wonderful rapport with our team members, staff, and customers. Joselyn has great instincts regarding customers and shows tremendous respect. She is engaging and without hesitation provides answers to customers’ questions. Speaking of questions, Joselyn is not afraid to ask questions which continues to build her Merry Maids knowledge base. She will greet team members with a wide smile when they arrive back at the office and will ask how their day was. Joselyn is a wonderful presence.

Raul is our Maintenance and Laundry Supervisor. Raul has been a member of our Merry Maids family for 18 years. Raul is responsible for maintaining all of our cleaning equipment, inventory control, preparing lockers for our team members, organizing their products and equipment, and laundering our microfiber cloths, totes, and bags. His work area is meticulous. Raul is methodical in all he does and has an unmatched work ethic. He is willing to help without being asked and will share ideas on improving efficiency. Raul is respectful to all of our team members and staff. Raul has a fun sense of humor which can lighten the load of a challenging day.

Luz is our Field Supervisor in Merry Maids of Silver Spring and has been part of our Merry Maids family for 22 years. She started as a team member, demonstrated exceptional cleaning techniques, and delivered five-star cleanings. Luz was in high demand by our customers. She was so amazing she was promoted to trainer for new team members. Each team member Luz has trained has wanted to stay with Luz because is respectful and focused on each trainee's success. It also helps that Luz has a lovely personality. Luz was promoted to Field Supervisor which includes first time in checks and regular quality checks in customers' homes. If a team or solo needs help, Luz jumps in to lighten the load.

Jany has been with Merry Maids Silver Spring since November 1998. In her 27 years, Jany has enthusiastically worked in each position in Merry Maids. Jany was hired as a teammate for Merry Maids of Rockville, eventually becoming Merry Maids of Silver Spring. As a result of Jany’s thoroughness, she was promoted to Quality Control Supervisor. Jany’s diligence conducting quality control checks improved teammates’ quality and attention to details. Consequently, Jany accepted a sales position for two years and was promoted to Sales Services Consultant. Jany excelled in each position which made her the perfect candidate to become the Manager of Merry Maids of Silver Spring in 2005. Looking to be challenged, Jany accepted a position as General Manager in 2023 overseeing Merry Maids of Silver Spring and Merry Maids of Carroll County. Jany is the matriarch of both locations. She is enthusiastic about Merry Maids' mission and equally as passionate about our team members, staff, and customers in each office.

Jany loves traveling and spending time with her husband, children, and grandson. Jany is a voracious reader. When she has downtime Jany can be found reading her favorite book.
