Hello! I’m Kaylee, and my journey with Merry Maids is truly a family affair. Born into a Merry Maids uniform in 2002, but I officially joined the family business at the age of 16. Over the years, I’ve progressed from folding towels and filling totes to taking on roles as a team member, trainer, and now office manager. My growth has been enriched by the invaluable lessons passed down from my grandmother, Patti, my mother, Julie, and my Aunt Jennifer, who have all dedicated their lives to this legacy of excellence. I take great pride in integrating my passion for technology into our operations, ensuring that we stay connected with our customers in innovative ways. Together, we uphold the Merry Maids tradition of quality service, driven by a commitment to our employees' growth and satisfaction, which ultimately reflects in the exceptional service we provide to our cherished customers. Belle joined the Merry Maids® team in August 2024, bringing with her years of professional cleaning experience. Her favorite part of the job is the uplifting and positive atmosphere in the office—and seeing the smiles on customers' faces after a great clean. Belle believes that nothing beats the feeling of walking into a tidy, fresh-smelling space that truly feels like home. She's known for her detailed and thorough approach, never missing a spot.

With over 15 years of experience at Merry Maids®, Tracy is a seasoned pro who brings energy and passion to every home she visits. She loves building relationships with customers—and their furry friends—and takes pride in creating spaces where people can truly unwind. Tracy believes a clean house is a happy house, and she cleans every home like her own. Her style is fast, efficient, and meticulous.
Fun Fact: Tracy has a great love for dogs and a youthful spirit that surprises everyone—she’s almost 51 and still going strong!

Tina joined our team in November 2024 and has quickly become a favorite among customers for her warmth and dedication. She loves getting to know the people she cleans for and finds joy in transforming their spaces into cozy, inviting homes. For Tina, a truly clean space is one that’s clutter-free, smells amazing, and has beautifully made beds. Her signature style is to leave every room feeling fresh and fabulous.
Fun Fact: Tina is a proud cat mom to four furry companions and is originally from Alabama—she brought her Southern charm to Ohio nearly two years ago!

Although Faith is one of the newer faces on our team, she brings with her many years of experience across all areas of professional cleaning. She loves being part of a company that allows her to be her authentic, cheerful self, and she takes pride in making homes shine and customers smile. She believes that a home isn’t truly clean until every little detail is handled with care. Her cleaning style is all about precision, care, and leaving every space sparkling brighter than before! As a trainer, she uses positive reinforcement to build up her teammates and ensure no detail is overlooked.
Fun Fact: Faith enjoys heavy weightlifting at the gym and cherishes time with her fiancé and two young children.

Jennifer has been part of the Merry Maids® family for four years. Her favorite part of the job is bringing smiles to her customers’ faces and going the extra mile to help in any way she can. To Jennifer, a home feels truly cozy and clean when the kitchen is clutter-free, gleaming, and each room feels welcoming. Jennifer’s cleaning style is detail-oriented and focused on making a positive difference in both the home and the lives of those she serves. She puts her heart into everything she does. This past July marked Jessica’s incredible 20-year anniversary with Merry Maids®! Ashley has been with Merry Maids® for 7 months and brings a thoughtful, customer-focused approach to every home she visits. She enjoys making meaningful connections with customers and providing them with one less thing to worry about in their busy lives. Mikaela joined Merry Maids® 5 months ago and quickly became known for her friendly attitude and dedication to building great relationships with her customers. She believes a home feels truly clean when it smells fresh and the kitchen sparkles. Mikaela’s cleaning style is detail-oriented and deeply satisfying, always aiming to leave a lasting impression.

Heather is one of our newest additions to the Merry Maids® family, and she has already made a wonderful impact. She is happily married and has a big heart for animals, which shines through in her caring nature.
