In the early 2000s Fatuma Moallin took a leap of faith and opened up the franchise in the Washington DC area to offer high-end cleaning for a reasonable price, as anyone opening up there first business, she faced hardship to where she had to play 2 roles in her business one was to manage the office and the other was to clean her clients houses as well. It helped build the foundation because if you ask her, she would do it all over again, and the funny thing is 20 years later if someone calls out sick, Fatuma is the first person willing to get in the field with her employees and that's why they respect her so much.
